What we collect

When you submit the Product Help / Request a Quote form, we collect what you enter: name, work email, organization, phone number (if provided), request type, product or category area, Cyverna item code and manufacturer SKU (if provided), your written requirements, and, on some forms, an optional file attachment. We do not ask for and you should not submit patient information, laboratory sample identifiers, analytical results, payment details, or credentials through these forms.

How we use it

We use submitted information solely to respond to your request—identifying a suitable product, sourcing an item, preparing a quote, or answering a technical question. We do not sell submitted information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it's processed

Form submissions are handled through Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider, which stores submissions so we can respond to them. Netlify acts as a data processor for this purpose. We have not yet added any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking service to this site.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set limited functional cookies necessary to serve the site and process form submissions securely. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Retention

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a reasonable business record of the interaction. If you'd like a submission deleted sooner, contact us using the details below.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, reach out through Product Help and describe your request—we'll respond directly rather than through an automated process.
